Affiliate Policy

Welcome to the blkbrwn Affiliate Program. Please read these terms carefully. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with these rules, along with our Influencer Guidelines, which you'll receive upon enrollment.

Joining the Program

  • By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion

  • You must be at least 18 to participate

  • You must provide accurate, complete information during onboarding, including your legal name, payment details, and contact information

Commission Structure

Your commission rate is determined by our affiliate team and may vary based on performance, audience reach, and other factors. We reserve the right to modify rates at any time; any changes will be communicated to you by email, including the details and effective date.

Payouts

  • Payments are issued monthly, typically during the first week of the new month

  • The payout date is subject to change; we'll notify you of any adjustments

  • Payments are made using the method you provided in your account settings, so keep that information current

Order Eligibility

  • Commissions are only paid on eligible orders: at least 30 days past the order date, successfully completed and shipped, and not refunded, canceled, or returned

  • Orders that don't meet this criteria won't be calculated or paid

  • Orders that become eligible after a payout date roll into the next scheduled payout

Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is $1.00 USD. If your total commissions fall below this during a payout period, the balance carries over to the next eligible period until the threshold is met.

Your Affiliate Link

You'll be provided a unique affiliate link to promote our products. Keeping that link used correctly is your responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

To protect our brand and the integrity of the program, the following aren't allowed:

  • Using your own affiliate link for personal purchases or to earn commission on your own orders

  • Manipulating or gaming the system, generating fake sales, or any fraudulent activity, which results in immediate forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program

  • Bidding on blkbrwn's trademarked terms in paid search campaigns without written approval from our affiliate team

  • Deceptive, false, or misleading advertising practices when promoting our products

Promotion Guidelines

Follow the Influencer Guidelines provided when you join; these may be updated, and you're responsible for staying current with the latest version

  • Share your honest, personal experience with our products

  • blkbrwn sells wellness supplements, not drugs. Our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and your content should reflect that. Review the permitted claim examples in the Influencer Guidelines

  • You must clearly disclose that you're being compensated for promoting our products; disclosures need to be clear and visible, placed before any affiliate link or call-to-action, not hidden or buried in hashtags

Staying Compliant

When you create content promoting blkbrwn, you're representing our brand, so your content needs to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If any content violates the law, doesn't follow our Influencer Guidelines, or poses legal or reputational risk to blkbrwn, we'll notify you and you must remove it within 24 hours. Not doing so may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

Brand Use

You may use the blkbrwn name, logo, images, and marketing materials only as approved by our affiliate team. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent our branding in any way. All intellectual property in blkbrwn's brand assets remains our exclusive property.

Ending Your Participation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including for violating these rules or the Influencer Guidelines, fraudulent activity, failure to comply with applicable supplement marketing laws, or any other reason at our discretion. No prior notice is required, and termination is effective as soon as we send notification.

You may request to leave the program at any time by contacting your affiliate manager or our affiliate team in writing.

Miscellaneous

This policy supplements our general Terms of Service. Anything not specifically covered here is governed by our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
