Applies to every subscription order placed through blkbrwn's website. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below until you cancel.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to subscribe. We may reach out from time to time to help keep your subscription details up to date, and we reserve the right to end a subscriber's participation at our discretion.

How Your Subscription Works

  • Your payment method is charged automatically at the interval you selected at checkout

  • You can pause your subscription for a set period; if you don't cancel before the pause ends, billing resumes automatically

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 1 day before your next billing date

  • Shipments may occasionally go out up to 2 days early to work around holidays or operational needs

Pricing & Availability

  • We may adjust pricing on products and subscriptions; you'll get advance notice if it affects your active subscription

  • If part of a bundle is temporarily unavailable, we'll either ship what's available and follow up later at no extra charge, or adjust your order to reflect only what's shipped

  • If we can't fulfill your full order, we'll send what's available and ship the rest once restocked

  • Subscriptions started during promotional periods (like Black Friday) may not include standard shipping benefits on the first order

Changes to Our Subscription Program

We may modify or discontinue subscription plans, pricing, or product details (like size or formulation) at any time. We'll give advance notice of changes affecting your active plan; continuing your subscription after that notice means you accept the update.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime by email, our website contact form, live chat, phone, or through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, as long as you cancel at least 1 day before your next scheduled delivery.
