At blkbrwn, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States generally arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@blkbrwn.com and we'll do our best to help.

• International Shipping: International shipping is not currently available but is coming soon.
